Mwangaza’s current identified portfolio consists of four utility‑scale hybrid projects combining solar PV and battery storage.

These projects are clustered around three substations where evacuation capacity has been identified. Preliminary grid impact studies have been completed.

Development Status

Across the portfolio:

  • Land and community MOUs are signed
  • Environmental impact screening has been performed
  • Preliminary grid impact studies are complete

The next stage includes formal grid connection applications, full EIA progression and detailed technical and commercial studies.

Projects are structured through SPVs and advanced in sequence toward bankability and ready‑to‑build status.
